Export from CopilotCRM with columns: Date of Service, Title, Name / Details, Type, Status, Visit Notes, Crew Notes, Tags, Visit Total
YardDesk now hydrates the matching Copilot route rows for the imported dates and links jobs only when there is exactly one strict match. Ambiguous or unmatched rows still import, but remain unlinked and are reported in the response.
