These are proposed pricing goals, not verified profit targets. They use comparable HomeWorks services, crew size, budgeted visit duration, and a planned labor check. The $35 owner replacement rate is a provisional planning assumption you can edit; it is not Tim’s salary. The labor check also assumes 10% payroll burden and a 35% maximum labor share of price. Actual job time, materials, travel, equipment, and overhead are still missing. Saving a goal changes only the YardDesk report; it does not change a customer’s price.

Change Tim’s hourly replacement cost, then select Recalculate. Later visits still assigned to Christopher count as Tim working alone for this review, per your correction.
