Customer pricing opportunities
Saved goals show your chosen price gap. For services with at least 10 comparable properties, the peer comparison shows prices below the middle of that service group. Peer prices are a starting point for review, not a profit target.

Review proposed customer goals →Job profitability readiness
For future job profit: in HomeWorks, clock in, start the timer on each visit, stop it when the work ends, then close the visit. Materials, equipment, and overhead still need a cost allocation.
Estimated labor performance by customer
Uses budgeted visit duration as the labor time estimate, including visits without recorded job time. Amounts left after estimated direct labor are before materials, travel, equipment, overhead and taxes; they are not job profit.
Highest labor share of visit value
Lowest labor share of visit value
Recurring contracts
Completed and remaining visits across each HomeWorks series. Equal season-price allocation is an estimate, not booked revenue.
Unpaid invoices and cash due
Sent invoices with an open balance across all invoice dates. Lateness uses the due date shown; invoices without a due date are listed separately. This is not a cash forecast.
Crew and route efficiency
Completed visits and budgeted visit duration; route miles and driving time come from HomeWorks routes.
Data needing attention
Counts of completed visits that cannot support a full pricing or productivity review. The examples below prioritize missing price, budget, crew, and repeated season amounts.
